A completed villa is a set of running systems, not just finished rooms. The handover concierge walks the owner — and the household staff who will actually operate the property — through each one in person: power changeover, water and treatment plant, pool equipment, security and smart-home controls. Every demonstration is backed by a written quick-reference, and the full owner’s file (warranties, as-builts, supplier contacts, maintenance schedule) is handed over organised and explained. Moving in should feel like taking possession, not taking on a project.
