The owner of a part-built villa in Trasacco Valley brought Luxury Contractors Ghana in to finish what another arrangement had stalled. Completion work begins with honesty about what exists: registered engineers verified the standing structure, and a quantity surveyor re-measured the remaining scope so the owner — overseeing the project from abroad — budgeted on facts rather than assurances.
From there the villa moved through envelope, MEP, and premium finishing in reported stages, with photographs and sign-offs sent at each milestone. The home was handed over complete, in writing, and the owner’s identity stays private.
