Five-Star Hotel Interior Fit-Out, Osu
An international hotel property in Osu commissioned Luxury Contractors Ghana for an interior fit-out spanning guest floors and public areas. Hotel work carries a constraint most projects never face: the property keeps trading while the work proceeds. The programme was therefore phased by floor, with noise-generating trades scheduled against occupancy and each completed zone handed back inspection-clean.
Finishes were procured to the operator’s own brand standard — stone, joinery, and lighting checked on delivery and again at installation — and every floor was accepted in writing before the next was opened.
