A corporate institution engaged Luxury Contractors Ghana to deliver its headquarters building at Ridge. A head office answers to the group’s own design guidelines as much as to the building code, so the project ran on a double check: local compliance verified by registered professionals, and the corporate specification verified room by room before acceptance.
The executive floors, boardroom, and entrance sequence carried the highest finish grades — stone, glazing, and bespoke joinery installed under staged quality control rather than a single end-of-project inspection. Handover was documented in full, and the building has been in daily corporate service since completion. The client’s name is withheld by agreement.
