A private owner commissioned Luxury Contractors Ghana to develop a complete gated estate in Airport Residential: the main residence, gatehouse, staff quarters, pool and landscaping, and the boundary and services infrastructure that make the property function as one.
Because a single firm held the whole programme, the sequencing worked in the owner’s favour — services trenched before paving, the boundary secured before high-value fit-out began, and one point of accountability for every trade on site. The estate was handed over with full documentation, and the owner’s privacy is protected as a matter of course.
